Catherine Beers was involved so heavily with our short sale. Most agents would've just pushed it to the back burner. She was energetic, and motivated and constantly gave us attention. Worked with both of our lenders so we didn't have to deal with all the harassing calls for not paying. Short sales are no easy task. Especially when buyers get impatient and walk away. Then you have to go through the whole process with the lenders and new buyer all over again. But she stuck it out and the transaction went as planned!

Catherine helped me to buy my first home in August of 1995. She made the experience so easy and pleasant that now that I am married and we are looking at moving and retiring to another state I consulted with her today, September 17 2011.

Catherine is a very professional and dedicated agent who went above and beyond what I expected an agent to do. We met with her many times looking at various properties until we found the one we wanted to buy. Our purchase was a short sale and of course there were problems with getting what our lender wanted in order to close the deal. Catherine spent a lot of time researching permits, meeting with the appraiser, well and septic person, etc for us because we were unable to do it ourselves. We actually had to change lenders mid-stream because they never responded back about an issue we were having with the underwriter and what they were asking for regarding the property. I, of course freaked out, but thankfully, Catherine handled it like a pro and recommended someone we could use and she kept on top of everything until our loan closed with the new lender. I truly believe that if we had an agent other than Catherine we would have missed out on the property. Catherine will be the first person I call if I want to buy additional property and I will recommend her to anyone who tells me they need an agent. I really can't say enough about how she handled all of my questions, doubts and fears and believe me there were many! If you want someone who is going to go the extra mile (in my case it was 10 miles!) then you need to call Catherine Beers at Bounce Realty in Apple Valley, CA.
