Sold a home in 2011.
Cathy Smith is a consummate real estate professional in every regard. She sold our house when the economy was horrible and the market was down. Found a tenant for a Single Family home in Coats, NC.
Cathy helped my husband and I to rent a house in Coats NC we had know idea where to start. Cathy took over and with in know time she was showing our house and tenants were moving in. Cathy helped us with everything from finding the right tenants for our house to showing me how to receive payments on-line. Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $50K in Smithfield, NC.
