Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $300K in Knoxville, TN.
She helped us find and purchase our new home. My wife and myself were extremely happy with her services. We purchased the home from out of state and we relied on her a lot for everything, I can honestly say she went over and above anything I expected. I can highly recommend Cathy Glass.

Bought a home in 2012.
This is the second time my family has worked with Cathy. The first time she worked with my parents and went above and beyond to help them find a home in Farragut in a rushed situation. 5 years later it was my turn and again Cathy came through. She helped me find an ideal home, negotiated to within a small margin of what I had hoped to pay, and helped guide me smoothly through the process of becoming a first-time homeowner. We really enjoyed working with Cathy. She was very friendly and easy to work with. We really appreciated all the extra services she provided to get our home ready for the market. Our home sold quickly and she did a great job helping us find our new home within two weeks.

Cathy knows her stuff. She found us the house we didn't even now we were looking for and then helped us get over the hurdles that were in our way to buy the house. I strongly recommend her as a real estate agent.

Sold a home in 2011.
Cathy served as our realtor. She was professional, knowledgeable, an excellent communicator, honest, ethical, realistic about the current market. She helped us to set the right price right from the start. We had a lot of traffic and a contract in 3 weeks. She also helped us in staging and keeping us informed of feedback after showings. We are so thankful to have a realtor who helped us reach our goal and within 97.5% of our asking of our asking price.

Sold a Townhouse home in 2010 in Oak Ridge, TN.
Cathy knows the Oak Ridge area very well and knows exactly what prices homes are going for in a particular neighborhood. She stayed in contact with me during the entire process and sold my home in less time than expected.
