Bought a home in 2010.
Connie is the best realtor we have ever dealt with. She is excellent at her job and it shows. Connie is full of knowledge and experience and she knows the Colorado area like the back of her hand. Connie excels in not only finding you the right home, but in fitting you in the right area. We moved here from Chicago and she placed us in the perfect home, in the perfect town. Bought a Single Family home in 2001 for approximately $325K in Berthoud, CO.
Connie was very patience with my mother and myself when we decided to move out to Colorado. I moved out here first before my wife at the time. and for 3 months she showed me houses and I felt like I had a very good idea about the houseing market at the time. when my wife moved out 3 month later I knew exactly what we wanted. Then 5 years later my Mother and brother moved out here and with Connie expert help we found a perfect house for them. After my divorce she found me my current house which I have been very happy in for 5 years now.

Connie spent a lot of time taking us around (I'm talking almost 50 houses) and never was put out. She didn't want us to buy anything but the right house for us, and we got it!

Sold a home in 2011.
Connie is the absolute best agent I have ever used and we have moved and sold many homes. She is honest, friendly, knows her properties and the latest on resale, financing in the area. Connie sold 2 properties for us during the real estate market recession and did an outstanding job both times. She never promises what cannot be done. I would hire Connie again in a heartbeat.
