Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $475K in West Brighton, Staten Island, NY.
Best on Staten Island! They make themselves available all the time and you can tell that they really care. If I ever move again I will definitely use them to sell and buy. I will be recommending them to all my family & friends. They also helped me rent out my condo.

We received excellent customer service, and expert advice, the sales people were ALWAYS available to answer our many questions, they made our sale stress-free from start to finish. I highly recommend Coldwell Banker Hometime and I have to family and friends. Great job guys, especially Jon, Lee and Kevin, thanks for such a great experience!

Bought a home in 2010.
Buying your first home is a huge step and can be so overwhelning. Jon, Kevin and the entire Coldwell Banker Hometime team made buying our first home a wonderful experience. Our agent, Toni Lynn Kirby was fully commited to helping us through the whole process. She listened to all of our wants and needs. Now, a year later, my husband,children and I are so happy in our home and we thank Jon, Kevin & Toni Lynn for guiding us with their knowledge and experience!

Jon found me the perfect 2 bedroom apartment in the area I wanted. The whole transaction went extremely smooth. Jon was prompt to answer any questions we had. Along with using Jon myself for future real estate deals, I will also refer all of my family and friends to Him as well!

Bought a Single Family home in 2004 in Heartland Village, Staten Island, NY.
I would highly recommend Jon Goldstein to anyone looking for a home in the Staten Island area. He sold me and my wife a townhouse back in 2004 and we were really pleased with the way he handled the deal from start to finish. I know we weren’t the easiest buyers to deal with but Jon was very patient and found us the home of our dreams. He even got us the home for less than what we were willing to spend. I have referred Jon to my friends and family and they all have nothing but good things to say.

Listed, but didn't sell my home in 2010.
Jon is very knowledgeable to my local real estate market, something other Realtors lack. He was often available but whenever I left a message he replied quickly. When we did speak, I always seemed to walk away a little smarter. Jon is patient and happy to explain complicated scenarios in ways I could understand. I also felt very comfortable and confident having Jon negotiate on my behalf.
