Carolyn assisted us in finding a short sale and provided expert guidance that directly impacted the successful conclusion of the sale. She clearly demonstrated an unprecedented acumen in distressed sales. We love our new home, however should we ever decide to invest in other properties I will most assuredly discuss and secure that decision with Carolyn’s' expertise. Carolyn was recommended to us by a friend, and we were not disappointed! She was amazing to have as a realtor, especially as first time buyers! She pointed out things to look for in listings, while driving around the neighborhoods, and details that could mean problems inside the houses. She had great advice, was patient and enthusiastic.
