Sold a home in 2012.
Crystal made every aspect of (what can be) a very stressful experience, manageable. Crystal is knowledgeable of the local area, willing to provide support and answers anytime, and all together unbelievable at what she does. Most important to us, she is trustworthy. I would recommend Crystal without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Capital District.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in West Sand Lake, NY.
We were most impressed with Crystal's professionalism as well as taking a personal interest in making the sale of our house go smoothly for us. We are fortunate to have found someone of her caliber and are very appreciative of the extra effort and attention Crystal showed us.

Bought a home in 2010.
We went through 4 other realtors before we found Crystal. We were looking for a home within a very modest price range and other realtors weren't willing to work with us because there wouldn't be a huge commission in it for them. Crystal was enthusiastic about finding a home for us that met all of our specifications and was within our price range. When we decide to sell, we will definitely be calling on Crystal again.

I AM THE FIRST TIME HOME BUYER, CRYSTAL REALLY IS A GEM , I WAS GUIDED PERFECTLY IN ALL THE STEPS OF BUYING THE HOUSE, SHE HELPED ME IN BUYING A NEW CONSTRUCTION HOUSE, AND ALSO SHE GUIDED ME THROUGH THE MORTGAGE. SHE WORK AS A TEAM. THE SITUATION IN WHICH I WAS , I SHOULD SAY SHE MADE THE IMPOSSIBLE THING POSSIBLE FOR ME. NOW I AM A HAPPY HOME OWNER. GOODLUCK.

Sold a Multiple Occupancy home in 2010 in Waterford, NY.
Crystal was an amazing agent. She listed and sold our home and did a great job. Our house sold in a week and we ended up receiving above our asking price for our house. We also purchased our new home through her and we absolutely love it. I will highly recommend Crystal to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home.

Crystal has been my realtor for almost a year now and she has been nothing but the best. Any questions or concerns that I have, I know that Crystal is only a phone call or email away. Myself being a first home buyer she has been very patient and I don't only consider her my realtor but I consider her a friend now. She always very prompt on meeting for open houses and always available for me. I highly recommened Crystal to anyone. She is the BEST!

Sold a home in 2008.
When my mother passed away, I originally I listed my mother's house with another broker. After the listing agreement expired with no offers being made, I listed the house with Crystal. She made some suggestions on improving the appearance of the home and we received an offer at the first open house she held. We sold the house to the person that made that offer. Crystal knew exactly what to do to make the house sell. She also recently sold a friend's house that we thought would be very difficult to sell. Crystal is definitely an exceptional agent, and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

Crystal is a very knowledgable agent. She understands what you want, and doesn't waste your time. she will show you homes that are in your price range and doesn't try to sell you any house that isn't up to par. Her homes that she lists sell because she prices them true to the market. Again, doesn't waste your time by over pricing. Crystal is an honest hard working agent that will leave you satisfied knowing she has done all that is expected, and more. I highly recommend her.

Sold a home in 2006.
What really impressed me was Crystal's responsiveness to my calls. Other agents would leave me hanging for days. Her knowledge of the geographical area and comparisons was also very impressive. She is a real asset to the Rensselaer and East Greenbush real estate market. She definitely got the price I was looking for.
