    Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in Hope, Providence, RI.
    We were moving from Los Angeles to Providence and had no knowledge of the Providence area. We found C.C. via the web and asked for references. We emailed several references and all had glowing things to say, so we took a leap, and it was the best thing we could have done. When we arrived in Providence we only had a short amount of time to find housing. Chris and C.C. spent several entire days (including Sunday) with us, taking us to all parts of the city looking at house after house. We found a great bungalow for a great price, put in an offer, and the offer was accepted. We're living in the house now and are very happy. We've subsequently referred several other people to C.C. and they've all been very happy and have successfully found houses to buy.…More Less

    Bought a home in 2010.
    CC worked extremely hard to find the right home for us. Both CC and Chris were available to us at any time we needed them and were able to answer the immense amount of questions that I had. She provided me with the information for a mortgage broker and a rela estate lawyer, both of whom were wonderful.     Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200K in Barrington, RI.
    I had a situation where I needed to sell my parent's house in Barrington quickly. CC moved rapidly to get it listed and host an open house and to our amazement and gratitude, she had an offer to us within a week. She very effectively researched and presented to us a competitive market analysis which I think got us to price the house correctly without losing too much for my parents. The house also had a few repair issues which CC negotiated so that we took care of some without having to assume responsibility for everything.
