Absolute pleaseure to work with. She knew exactly what I was looking for and helped me achieve my vision. Great buyers agent with an eye for real estate and style. Showed me everything I asked, and usually knew my thoughts about the place before I even saw it.
If you are looking for high end real estate agent on the East Side of Providence she is it.
Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $525K in Wayland, Providence, RI.
CC is simply the best! She's personable, attentive, organized, punctual, knowledgable, and always has your best interests in mind. We actually discovered CC based on reviews right here on Zillow and she lives up to all the great things others have attested to.
From maximizing the number of properties we could see in a single day since we were living out if state to advocating for us during the buying process, CC ensured everything went smoothly from P&S all the way to closing.
We couldn't speak more highly of CC and would recommend her to any of our friends and family.
Sold a Condo home in 2014 for approximately $250K in Wayland, Providence, RI.
CC was great. She sold my house in only a few days and made everything as easy as can be. If you are looking for someone who is a professional and can get the job done she is a great choice. I have nothing bad to say at all and have never been happier with a real-estate agent.
We contacted C.C. to help us locate a condo, and initially she sent us an email with six listings. We told her we were interested in viewing all of them. The morning of our first (and only) meet up, she was 15 minutes late, then gave two different excuses for being so. AFTER being late, she didn't know how to get into the apartment and had to call someone to find out how. The entire time we were with her, she was on her phone having conversations that we did not feel were appropriate for time with clients. We saw two apartments, then she informed us we had seen everything available, despite having sent us a list of six properties. She said there "just isn't anything on the market" and was ready to send us on our way when she remembered another property that was available, but that we wouldn't be able to see for over an hour. We left her to meet up later and were greeted at the next property by her assistant, who was honestly a lot more pleasant to deal with. After we viewed the third apartment, C.C.'s assistant asked us some questions so she could "tailor a search to us" which seems like what they should have done from our initial call. In any case, the only other apartment they contacted us about seeing was the third apartment they showed us. It is clear C.C. either does not communicate with her assistant or she doesn't keep any kind of record of what she shows people. We were able to drive around Providence the following day and view a number of apartments and houses that were being shown in open houses, so clearly there are properties on the market. Based on our very short experience with C.C., we would never recommend her to anyone. If she showed us so little interest because we were looking at condos rather than houses, then she should tell people at the beginning that she doesn't have time or interest in condos, it would have saved us a lot of frustration and a wasted Saturday. Likewise, if she had put any effort into finding condo alternatives that might work for us, she could have shown us houses as well. The very next day after working with C.C., when we went out on our own, we found a house we love and put in an offer. Working on our own with the seller's agent has been so much more pleasant than I can imagine working with C.C. would have ever been.
My husband and I recently bought our first home. We were casually looking on Trulia and contacted CC through the site to show us a house we were interested in. What I instantly liked about CC was that she didn't have that fakey "real estate agent vibe" that I've come across several times. She treated my husband and I like friends whom she was helping to find a home, and instinctively internalized our styles and what we were looking for in a home. When we finally found the perfect place, she was incredibly responsive and there for any questions we had, including recommendations to a great lawyer and contractor. The process was long for reasons unrelated to CC, but she was so helpful through it all. She has extensive knowledge of the East Side of providence and the surrounding areas. I could not recommend anyone more highly if you are buying or selling a home.
Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $350K in Blackstone, Providence, RI.
When we met Chris and C.C., they seemed like impressive salespeople. C.C. insisted "we would get much better service" if we paid 6% commission instead of 5%.
They were late for the first open house and buyers had to wait outside. They left photos on the website that were taken about things we later fixed in the house and we expressly asked to take off. They presented documents from the seller after the contractual deadline has expired. Also, as first time sellers, we asked to discuss the disclosures. They never got around to it, and as a result our roof was listed 15 years older than it actually was.
Ultimately, we sold our house at an acceptable price. However, the process was substantially more stressful than it should have been.
CC helped us sell our condo quickly in a tough market. The marketing plan, staging and website were all top notch and she worked hard with Chris to generate interest. She stuck with us through difficult negotiations and closing process to get a reasonable price. After the sale was done, she went out of her way to help us find temporary housing in the area. We'd recommend her to anyone looking in the Providence area!
Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $800K in College Hill, Providence, RI.
CC assisted my wife and me in our long search for a home on the East Side of Providence. We finally ended up purchasing an historic house on College Hill which we love! CC was extremely professional, competent and patient with us as we meandered through various styles and locations until we found what we were looking for. I would not hesitate to recommend CC to anyone who is buying or selling Providence Real Estate. She is the best!
For the first time in our lives, we're compelled to write an online review. We actually found C.C. and Chris Wall a bit blindly, after reading several glowing online reviews. We were buying our first home, and frankly didn't even know which neighborhoods to look at first. C.C. and Chris met with us, genuinely spent time getting to know us, took us all over the place checking out neighborhoods and then houses, and guided us through the entire process. We were impressed by their knowledge of the area, their ability to point out things we would never have noticed, but most impressive was their character: two people whose integrity we never doubted and whose humor actually made the whole process (which is inherently a bit stressful!) completely enjoyable. We would recommend them wholeheartedly and without hesitation. Thank you C.C. and Chris!
Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $125K in Mount Pleasant, Providence, RI.
We first met CC in September in order to sell our home. She was very prompt and well prepared with comparatives on our first visit. She listened to our needs and we decided she was the BEST agent for the job. We signed with CC Wall in September of 2011. We stayed out of her way and let her do her job and by November we had a purchase and sales agreement. Our closing was on December 9, 2011!!! She was with us every step of the way and we would definitely recommend CC Wall to anyone who is serious about selling or buying a home.
