We were moving from Los Angeles to Providence and had no knowledge of the Providence area. We found C.C. via the web and asked for references. We emailed several references and all had glowing things to say, so we took a leap, and it was the best thing we could have done. When we arrived in Providence we only had a short amount of time to find housing. Chris and C.C. spent several entire days (including Sunday) with us, taking us to all parts of the city looking at house after house. We found a great bungalow for a great price, put in an offer, and the offer was accepted. We're living in the house now and are very happy. We've subsequently referred several other people to C.C. and they've all been very happy and have successfully found houses to buy.

I had a situation where I needed to sell my parent's house in Barrington quickly. CC moved rapidly to get it listed and host an open house and to our amazement and gratitude, she had an offer to us within a week. She very effectively researched and presented to us a competitive market analysis which I think got us to price the house correctly without losing too much for my parents. The house also had a few repair issues which CC negotiated so that we took care of some without having to assume responsibility for everything. C.C. helped our family in more than a pinch - we had 1.5 weeks to identify a place to call home while we were awaiting relocation. C.C. had a client who was having a tough time selling their home and as a result, created a win-win-win. We rented the house for 4 months and this invited the opportunity for the homeowner to receive some income from the property. During this time C.C. developed a new strategy to market the home while also continuing to keep the homeowner on her priority list. As previous homeowners we were thoroughly impressed with the ease of this process and with C.C.'s level of professionalism. C.C. not only knows how to be a real estate professional, but she takes her work to the next level and provides consultation as part of her passion around her work - a house that looks tired or needs a freshen up is quickly resolved with C.C.'s presence. She knows how to stage and make your home welcoming so that potential buyers see the spark in your property! We didn't have much time to work with, but C.C. continued to remind us that it would all be ok. If we had stayed in Providence there would have been no question as to who we would have chosen as our Realtor for the future. C.C. is AMAZING. We first met CC in September in order to sell our home. She was very prompt and well prepared with comparatives on our first visit. She listened to our needs and we decided she was the BEST agent for the job. We signed with CC Wall in September of 2011. We stayed out of her way and let her do her job and by November we had a purchase and sales agreement. Our closing was on December 9, 2011!!! She was with us every step of the way and we would definitely recommend CC Wall to anyone who is serious about selling or buying a home.
