Connie, a Chicago native, was born and raised in the Northwest side of Chicago and the suburbs. Throughout her college, single and pre-kids life, she lived in Bucktown, Wicker Park, Rogers Park, Mount Prospect, Arlington Heights, just to name a few of Chicagoland's diverse communities. Connie now happily resides in Glenview with her husband and two boys.

As an accountant who has worked with a firm specializing in residential and commercial real estate management, she has gained a strong grasp in real estate finance. Team reviews

We love our new home, but Connie was the best decision we made in this process. Without her, and only her, we wouldn’t be here today. If there was a superhero with real estate superpowers, that would be Connie. She is extremely intelligent, reliable, experienced, efficient, and really fun to work with! She has the intelligence and work ethic to be the top performer in any profession, so we are very fortunate to have the privilege of working with her for our first home purchase. From our first meeting, her expertise on home values, local school districts, trends, renovation costs, etc. was evident. She was very honest about our expectations and gave us an accurate picture of what our budget could buy in each local sub-division and in this year. Since we’re first time buyers, she explained that she really needs us to be educated on the different styles of houses, the neighborhoods, and market values before we make an offer. She said that she would dedicate 4-6 weekends visiting homes with us and educating us until we are comfortable. After that, we would be in waiting mode and ready to pull the trigger when the right house comes on the market. The exception is that if an amazing opportunity was available before then, she may recommend that we act on it. She genuinely cared about our future home as much as we did. She told us to back out of a house we almost bought because she sensed that we didn’t have our whole hearts in it. This is after she read over the entire contract to us line by line over the phone at 10pm. We were ready to sign and most realtors would’ve walked away with their commission, but that’s not Connie. At times when we thought that there was nothing in the market for us, she told us to be patient and positive. She said that she would have no problem if she had to spend a year with us to find our home (in the end we found our dream home in 2 months!). We were in a multiple bid situation with the home we eventually bought and she gave us the magic number that won it, which was between the numbers that my wife and I suggested. Too much and we would’ve overpaid and too little we would’ve lost the house. During the attorney review process, she went over every aspect of the inspection report and recommended how much we should ask for each issue and which ones to ask for. Normally realtors don’t deal with this at all but for all aspects of this process, she always goes above and beyond. For her clients, she was willing to take any heat and shield us from all the negative aspects of this process. She helped us artfully negotiate a very good deal in the end. Connie has made this entire home-buying process fun and enjoyable. My wife and I often joke about the funny things she says and how we’re so excited to see her every weekend. Despite her busy schedule she insists that we continue to contact her with any questions about home renovations and people she’d recommend for interior design, contracting work, etc. Her connections were absolutely clutch as well! Her lender and lawyer really delivered and came to bat for us during the closing. Connie doesn’t mess around when choosing her people. Although she has many clients, it really felt like she was only working for us. She responded to every call, email, or text within 2 minutes or maybe an hour if she was in a meeting/appointment, even late at night or early morning. I am not sure when (if) she sleeps. This really is a 90/10 profession, where the top 10% of the realtors do 90% of the business, and Connie is the best of them all.

Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $800K in Evanston, IL.

Connie really listened to what we wanted, gave us a lot of time to look at a number of properties, and helped us through the entire process. Her expertise in the areas in which we were looking for a home was priceless. Her attention to detail and follow up even after the contract was signed was superb.  More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $1.625M in Winnetka, IL.

Connie helped us in the entire process of finding a house around Winnetka/Wilmette. She is very familiar with this area and understands the pros and cons of different areas. Connie puts our interest at the center of her interactions with us and always thinks from our perspective. She took time to understand our preference and highlights the things we should pay attention to in our visits to various properties. With us being relatively new to the process of buying a new home, Connie was extremely helpful when it comes to process and negotiations. We will highly recommend Connie to anyone who need helps in finding a new home.  More Less
