I was very disappointed in this experience because he was recommended by a trusted family member. He was not responsive to phone calls and finally had another person deal with my property. The company was unprofessional by asking me if they could have my permission to give my key to any prospect to view my rental property without having a Celtic representative present. This company did nothing to help my property get rented. For months, it was left unoccupied and no feedback was given regarding what to do to help it get rented. After 2 months, I decided to go with another company and my property was rented in 3 days for $150 more than what Celtic Properties recommended.

Did not respond to my inquiry in Altorf, Bourbonnais, IL 60914.

I moved out from Girard Ave Bourbonnais last Nov. I called Celtic almost every week and they always said I would receive my deposit soon or I will be contacted. At this point after almost nine months I have not got my deposit back, or any reason why I cannot get my deposit back.

We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Ingalls Park, Joliet, IL 60433

I rented from Tim and it was horrible. He never responds to work orders. I told him the place I rented from him had termites and he never did anything about it. I told him I had rusty water and he still didn't come or send out anyone. My front porch was caving in as well. I told him I have 3 children and a newborn and that the place was not safe for them and he still didn't fix any of the problems. I will never recommend him to anyone. Very poor service along with being very rude.

After 1 month of occupancy, tenant started creating work orders for items that were found to be not broken or false. Tenant stop paying rent after the 1st month and was evicted from the property by the third month. Court records and specific information to this tenants payment history is available in my office in regards to this tenants claim. It's too bad that we the property manager and or owners can't leave reviews of tenants who don't pay their rent and damage the units. In this case, I would have save 2000 plus dollars.

Property managed a home I own. Crest Hill, IL

I am using Celtic Properties to manage my home. To date I have been happy with their service. Celtic Properties has has advertised my home as promised and kept it occupied as best as I think could be done. Celtic Properties provides detailed records and uses direct deposit. When occupied, I know that I can expect the rent income to be deposited in a timely manner. Celtic Properties has also contracted work on my behalf to maintain the home.

Did not respond to my inquiry in Crystal Lawns, Joliet, IL 60435.

Dealt with Celtic properties as a renter. Mr McGinnis has not returned 1 phone call of 10 that I've made within the last 30 days- I was told my security deposit would be mailed over 10 days ago by the actual landlord and still haven't received it, Celtic properties said the check would come from the landlord- this is not the truth. I fulfilled all my obligations as a tenant, he has failed to hold his. I'm waiting on $1500 of my money. Pay up mr McGinnis.

As stated in the lease, the security deposit is returned within 30 days after move out. The 30 days is to verify that all utilities have been paid and that damage is documented and estimated. In this case, the owner of the property was holding the security deposit and after we the property manager verified the amount of security deposit to return to the tenant, the owner cut the check for the return of the security deposit which was returned to the former tenant on the 30th of the month. Since we did not hold the security deposit, are hands were tied in regards to returning it any sooner.
