She has been a professional Realtor since 1981 opening her first Brokerage in 1985. Prior to entering the real estate profession she held management and Director positions in sales and marketing in the Silicon Valley electronics industry. After several years as a real estate investor, Constance decided to become a full time real estate professional, and quickly became a "Top Producer". She consistently ranks in the top 10% of realtors in the Nation. She is a luxury home expert and an Executive Relocation Specialist handling the personal estates and relocations for several Fortune 500 companies and their executives in the Bay Area. Her number one priority is to protect her client's interests throughout the complexity of the transaction. This dedication has earned her an impressive list of loyal and satisfied clients.
In 2000 Constance created a Foundation to provide funding to less advantaged children in academics. She quickly discovered that funding these projects was not enough and became an active volunteer with the Boy's and Girl's Clubs of the Peninsula. There she created a literacy program called "The Reading Wizards" designed to help children improve their reading and comprehension skills leading to increased self-confidence and self esteem. In 2003 she was invited to present the successful program to the National Education Summit, which resulted in the program being adopted across the nation. She is a National Trustee for the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, sits on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Clubs of San Francisco, and the Advisory Board for the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Peninsula. She is a Trustee for KIPP (Knowledge is Power Program) Schools, bringing quality education to inner city children and is the Chair of the High School Placement Committee.
