Chad grew up in central Illinois. After earning his bachelor degree in Economics from Eastern Illinois University in 2006, he moved to the Broad Ripple area where he and his wife still reside.
For the first few years in Indianapolis, Chad spent time working with a local real estate attorney. With this experience, he now helps his clients understand the contracts involved when buying and selling homes.
Real Estate Career
In 2009, during the middle of America's housing downturn, Chad decided to take his knowledge of real estate and apply it to helping people navigate the home buying and selling process. He earned a top spot on the Carpenter Realtors' Rookie report in his first year of business.
During his 2nd year, he expanded his license from salesperson to Associate Broker. Since, Chad has been both a monthly listing and sales leader in his office.
An Eye for Detail
At the start of 2012, Chad and his wife purchased a home in need of serious repairs. Doing most of the work themselves, they rebuilt and now call it home.
Being part of such an extensive remodel gives Chad a better perspective when working to get his client's home sold. This experience also helps buyers when they purchase a new home.
Giving Back to the Community
Chad enjoys volunteering in his community. He is a board member for Green Broad Ripple, is a business member with the Broad Ripple Village Association, and has committed to donating a portion of his real estate closings to Joy's House Adult Day Service.
