    Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Deerfield, NY.
    We went to an open house with our daughter who was in the market to buy and Robin was the selling broker/realtor. We spontaneously put in an offer on the house that we fell in love with and asked Robin to represent us in selling our current home. All transactions were complete within a 6 month period. In the six months Robin was always sensitive and considerate to our needs. She is not only professional but she is a natural well liked person. She represented our house with knowledge and integrity.     Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Rome, NY.
    My husband and I met Robin at an Open House back in 2010. She was so wonderful to talk to and we felt like we had an instant connection. So, in Summer 2011 we decided it was time to start looking to sell our home for a larger one. We started looking at houses with Robin and her trusty sidekick. We spent several weekends looking at 10 to 15 properties. We put our house up for sale In October 2011 and within 5 days had a signed offer. We kicked our looking into high gear and with Robin's help we were able to get into our new home 2 days before Christmas. Which was big for us because we have 2 young children. Robin couldn't have been more helpful before, during and after the sale and purchase. We do not hesitate to refer her to anyone we know that is looking to buy or sell.     Listed, but didn't sell my home in 2011.
    I am very impressed with Robin Lawrence as my realtor..she has gone above and beyond..she is very professional/knowledgeable and thorough to name a few of her assets..Whenever another realtor wants to show a client my home Robin is there..unlike other realtors who allow their clients home to be seen without them present...Not to mention the friendly way about her to both me and those who come through my home...You will not be sorry if you pick Robin as your realtor!…More Less

Please take the time to research the real estate sales agent's background, credentials, references and their history of selling homes in your particular area. Please find out, are they a "full time or part time", it is always nice to help someone out, but do you really want someone to sell your property or find you a home around their "other jobs" time frame. You should know that a part time real estate agent commission is the same rate that a full time professional charges. If you are paying 100%, don't you deserve a 100% in return? Next find out, just what they know about your town, village and most importantly your school district. If you are selling a home, the million dollar question is....How do I market my home? Just what you do, frankly, it is not enough to simply list the home on the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and wait for the phone to ring at their office. A successful realtor will present you with a plan for success, which is outlined and documented, giving you the peace of mind, knowing that your real estate representative is 'moving mountains' and doing 'whatever it takes' to fulfill their duties on your behalf. 

    My name is Robin Lawrence Mongeau, and I am a 100% full time real estate professional. I work full time in the field and I have taken the advanced training, and passed the exams to go beyond a Real Estate salesperson requirements and have become a licensed Real estate Broker. I have started my own Company to insure that my clients receive the highest level of service and professionalism. I have lived in central New York my whole life; I received my degree in accounting on a full academic scholarship from SUNY Oswego. My earlier professional life centered on business management. I live in the Trenton Falls area of Barneveld with my husband and my daughter, who attends Holland patent Schools. I enjoy working in our beautiful area and am passionate about extolling the benefits of living in the Mohawk Valley area in the foothills of the Adirondacks, the West Canada corridor, our quaint villages and beautiful rural areas, and our wonderful lakes and waterways.
