As of right now...Zillow does not allow you to rotate...I'm sure they will address that in the near future. For now, if you email the listing agent, they should be able to go in and fix the issue.
oh boy...sounds like a place with huge potential...for a buyer with huge pockets. I know , I live in a home from 1750 with a slate roof....a labor of love. My advice, walk away and save your historic home for a day when cash is more available. there is no easy answer for this. the simple fact is, you need a significant sum of available cash for the more than possible pitfalls a home like this presents. best of luck!
If your listing is with a Realtor, most likely, he/she has 'claimed' the listing and simply has to go into Zillow and change the information. Good Luck !
At the very least, your realtor should have gone in and updated it. You can still do it though. Go in and 'claim' the listing and change the info. Hope you are enjoying your new home...Deerfield is a great area!
If you know the date to be 1906...claim the listing and edit the information.
Hi Cindy! The tax credit is over. It was nice for those that could take advantage of it. But, in my opinion, here in upstate New York, with the combination of the great interest rates and the advantage of our reasonably priced homes we have available, it is still a stellar investment to purchase a home here and still have the tax advantages of owning a home we always have had.
it looks as though you are referring to a ranch home in herkimer 109 petrie road..yes it is still available...would you like to look at it?
The 'core' reason to do business with any realtor is you TRUST them. If you are putting what is probably your most valuable asset in their hands to market...then it would be to your advantage to let them assist you in getting you into your new home as well.
