Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Deerfield, NY.
We went to an open house with our daughter who was in the market to buy and Robin was the selling broker/realtor. We spontaneously put in an offer on the house that we fell in love with and asked Robin to represent us in selling our current home. All transactions were complete within a 6 month period. In the six months Robin was always sensitive and considerate to our needs. She is not only professional but she is a natural well liked person. She represented our house with knowledge and integrity. We would highly recommend Robin.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Rome, NY.
My husband and I met Robin at an Open House back in 2010. She was so wonderful to talk to and we felt like we had an instant connection. So, in Summer 2011 we decided it was time to start looking to sell our home for a larger one. We started looking at houses with Robin and her trusty sidekick. We spent several weekends looking at 10 to 15 properties. We put our house up for sale In October 2011 and within 5 days had a signed offer. We kicked our looking into high gear and with Robin's help we were able to get into our new home 2 days before Christmas. Which was big for us because we have 2 young children. Robin couldn't have been more helpful before, during and after the sale and purchase. We do not hesitate to refer her to anyone we know that is looking to buy or sell. She made a daunting task of selling/buying very enjoyable. I know in the future when we look to move again we will definitely contact her without hesitation.

Listed, but didn't sell my home in 2011.
I am very impressed with Robin Lawrence as my realtor..she has gone above and beyond..she is very professional/knowledgeable and thorough to name a few of her assets..Whenever another realtor wants to show a client my home Robin is there..unlike other realtors who allow their clients home to be seen without them present...Not to mention the friendly way about her to both me and those who come through my home...You will not be sorry if you pick Robin as your realtor!

Sold a home in 2011.
Robin is a true professional and was a pleasure to work with. Our transaction was complex and was done on a very tight timeframe - and all parties remained friendly through the whole affair; a testament to her skill and her excellent people skills. Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2003 in Rome, NY.
I know Robin both personally and professionally. My family and I have moved numerous times due to employment relocation...having worked with numerous real estate agents, Robin went above and beyond what any other agents have done for us. Her attention to detail in preparing our home for sale was incredible. She not only gave us tips to make minor updates but personally took her time and efforts to make our house ready for sale. I have recommended her to others who have as well had great success with her. Should the need arise to buy or sell property, I wouldn't call anyone but Robin Lawrence.

Bought a home in 2011.
I have just relocated to the area from Colorado and have been a real estate professional for 13 years in Colorado. I attempted to contact numerous realtors in Mohawk Valley for assistance in our search and Robin was one of two who returned my call and the only one I felt comfortable working with.
Her expertise and service has been outstanding before during and now after the sales process has concluded.
I have referred her numerous time to friends and family already and in my opinion she is the only broker in the area to work with.
