Bought a home in 2008.Summary:
Realtors, like many professions, don't always enjoy the best of reputations. Why this is I don't care. What I do know though, is that real estate sales is a profession and that there are in fact serious professionals in this business. For me a truly professional real estate agent or broker is one who works hard for their listing clients and for their buying clients; who never give up on a clients dreams or expectations and who will work tirelessly on their clients behalf. I believe these qaulitites are a sign of professionalism because that's what it takes to be successful in a competitive and at times difficult profession.
Cheri Diehl embodies all of these qualities and in my opinion, after having worked with her (for her I am sure a painfully long time) to find our dream vacation home. We were informed, needy, and fussy clients. For many real estate agents their worst nightmare. But Cheri never gave up on us. She transitioned with us as our vision changed and she stuck with us until she found the perfect property for us, which she did.
I have come to know Cheri more personnaly since our business relationship has been completed and also find her to be an extremely thoughtful and kind individual who cares about her community and continues to care about her clients long after the transactions are completed.
I highly recommend Cheri Diehl for all of your real estate needs. She will listen to you, take care of you, and stick with you until you have achieved your goals.
