Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $150K in Ortega Hills, Jacksonville, FL.
Cheryl James was amazing! She helped me buy my home while I was serving overseas. Walking through the houses, taking pictures, negotiating deals, setting me up with inspectors, and appraisers, she did it all. I absolutely could not have completed this deal without her. I love my new home. This was my first home buying experience. Cheryl was fabulous. I work weird hours and we looked at many homes. I bought a short sale. Cheryl was very helpful, and was always there when we needed her. She was always very proficient as being a realtor, and always stayed ahead of the game. She has great customer skills, and is very knowledgeable in the house market.
