Bought a home in 2011.

Summary:

Cheryl is an AMAZING agent! She takes the time to actually listen to the buyer's wants and needs, then finds the right house for you. We worked with Cheryl for about 9 months before we closed on our first home. She was always available and never seemed to grow tired of showing us home after home. We probably looked at about 150 homes in the area. She took notes and always remembered what we liked and didn't like about certain homes. She was very particular in the homes she showed us and had OUR best interest in mind. She put us in touch with an awesome lender (Brad Turpin, who I will review separately) and helped to make sure that we had the best experience possible.
