This was my fourth purchase and Cheryl is the best realtor I started searching for houses in 2010 and found a house online that I fell in love with right away. I contacted Cheryl, she picked me up at the ferry and it didn’t take to realize I had made the right choice contacting her. Cheryl took me to my dream home and then a guided tour around the island giving the 411 on island living. We made an offer which was very fair but the seller wanted more and I was not willing to pay twice the values for the house. We looked at other home but nothing really resonated with me. About six months later another came available that I love and would work well for me. It was going into foreclosure and I made an offer and the law firm handling the sale declined my offer. About seven months later the owner of the first lowered the price to what I had offered almost a year before and made another offer and the seller would not complete the paperwork in the required time and amendment after amendment with back and forth for 3 months and I finally gave up. Cheryl never stopped working to see if we could get the seller moving ( by this time the house had been for sale for almost three years) so the offer died on the vine due to sellers lack of completing the paperwork in the required times. The second house had gone through foreclosure and was back on the market for 30k less than I had offered7 month earlier. I was out of town on a business trip and Cheryl called me and said it was back on the market and I said let’s make this happen. It was now a Fannie Mae sale and Cheryl got right on it and I closed 4 days ago. Not only do I have a great Realtor but a good friend and neighbor. Her knowledge of Anderson Island and where and who to see to get things done is invaluable.…More Less
