My Pledge to You: I pledge to place my clients' best interests above my own. I pledge to respond to all calls within 24 hours, and try to respond within the first hour. I pledge to address personaly manage all problems that occur during escrow. I pledge to present all offers in person whenever possible. Face to face presentation sometimes is the reason why an offer is accepted over others. I pledge to hold open houses every weekend until a house is sold, if that is the wishes of the client. I pledge to assist my clients in finding physical inspectors, lenders, contractors, title reps, appraisers, home insurance agents, home warranty agents, handymen, electricians, plumbers, chimney specialists, asbestos abatement specialists, HVAC specialists and any other requests pertaining to maintaining a house or buying and selling a house. I pledge to participate in continuing real estate education so I may pass that knowledge onto my clients. I pledge a lifelong commitment to my clients.

Counsel: Purchasing or selling a home can be stressful. Whether to vent, clarify, speculate, or dream, I am available to listen.

Inform: I am passionate about learning. I actively pursue continuing education and pass on this current information to my clients. This allows my clients to make the most informed decisions possible.

Serve: I believe in going the extra mile. Whether it is driving to the client's home to write up an offer or taking a late night call to solve a problem, I will do whatever it takes to achieve my client's goals.
