John is a great guy to work with. He is very friendly, honest and very knowledgeable in his line of work. I have used his services for 2 1/2 years.
He found tenants for other properties that I have in a very short period of time.
I am very happy with his services. I would recommend him very highly.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $225K in Dunning, Chicago, IL.
As of June 25th 2011, I have become a proud owner of a beautiful new home.When I first spoke to John, I was looking at getting a rental home considering I have always rented and was not sure how capable if at all on owning.
