    The Central Home Inspections agent that I spoke with on the phone was very polite in answering all of my general questions and setting up the appointment.

    To my pleasant surprise, the representative who came out to the house actually arrived early. He was very knowledgeable and did a very thorough job in going through the property.

    Afterwards, he carefully pointed out both the good features of the property as well as those that might need to be monitored in the future. Before the inspector left, I had a written report in my hand complete with pictures!

    Central Home Inspections appears to be a first-class organization. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a home inspection.    …More Less
