I grew up on Maryland's Eastern Shore, served my country in the U S Air Force, graduated from college with a BS degree in Business Administration and raised 3 very successful children.
My business experience runs from public accounting, managing companies to real estate investing and sales. I also believe in giving back to the community some of what I get from it. I have in the past and am still active in community organizations, charities, church serving in leadership roles in most of those. Hobbies include boating with friends and our cruising club (MTOA) and Miles River Yacht Club, spending time with grand children and children, golfing, gardening and more.
In real estate I've earned the Gradulate, Realtors Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations. I deal mainly with residential homes and lots both waterfront and inland. I have experience with using real estate in retirement plans and other investment properties.
I am licensed in the state of Maryland and Florida and hold a USCG Masters Captains license up to 50 tons. My experience and knowlege of the waterways is a great asset when selling waterfront properties.
