Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in Miami, FL.

Summary:

He helped me find a foreclosure in Miami a year ago. He was very knowledgeable, punctual, and really did go to bat for the best terms for me and my family. I was born in raised in New Bedford, Massachusetts. I have been a licensed Realtor since 2001 and active in the mortgage business since 1996 in Florida. I am primarily focused on working with sellers and buyers on short sales and foreclosed homes primarily in the Miami-Dade county area. These can be great deals but buyers must be aware of all that it entails when looking at these homes. These homes can carry violations, liens, and other issues that an inexperienced agent could not readily notice.

My extensive experience in the mortgage business has been an asset for my clients determining what they should be looking for when shopping for financing and their new home. Most buyers make the mistake of looking for a home without truly knowing how much of a mortgage they would qualify for. Once they are qualified, finding a home is next on the to-do list.
