The flyers she had mailed out in our neighborgood made it possible for us to contact her. She had lived and grown up in the same community as we had. On the first appointment with her, she came well prepared with all the documents in hand. She had already done a thorough market research on the neighborhood market conditions and was able to present the data to us. We were very impressed.
