Bought a home in 2011.
If you are looking for a real estate agent, Christina is the best that you will find. Her expert knowledge of the real estate market was an invaluable asset throughout my home buying process. When we finally decided to purchase a newly constructed home, Christina was able to negotiate a price far below the asking from the builder, in addition to getting significant upgrades and thousands of dollars in closing credits. Her patience and attention to detail throughout the paperwork process were beyond my expectations. My wife and I have a pretty busy schedule so we really appreciate Christina kept us informed with updates during the entire escrow period. She is also well connected in the real estate industry. Christina helped us find reliable contractors and even an interior designer, after we purchased my house. I can honestly say that Christina turned a house I've bought into a place where my family now calls home. Thank you Christina!

Bought a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $525K in Arcadia, CA.
I met Christina thru a friend, and my experience with Christina was great. Christina is extremely professional at all times and very responsive. If I called her and didn't get her right away she always responded within the hour. Christina made me feel like I was the only client she was working with. She understood my wants and needs and showed properties that meet the needs. I bought a wonderful home!

Bought a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $575K in Downtown, Los Angeles, CA.
Christina is the BEST agent! She helped me find a condo in downtown LA recently when the housing market is in HUGE demand. We found a place within 5 days in DTLA!!! The condo that I put a bid down for had another offer that was higher, however, with her great negotiating skills, I got it for cheaper than the list price within the week. Christina updated me everyday either thru email or thru phone about the status of our purchase. Everyday was an efficient day since Christina helped me set up inspections with a third party and was accommodating with my schedule. She was always in touch with the escrow company and thru the listing agent. When the escrow company made mistakes on the closing packet, Christina caught every minute error and contacted the escrow company to revise the final price. I never felt like I didn't know what was going on. Even with the contract, she took her time to explain every page to me since I have no real estate experience. I am so grateful for her expertise and for her dedication to her clients to find their dream home. Thanks a lot Christina! Your the BEST!!!

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $425K in Chino, CA.
I want to take the time to thank Christina for being so helpful and efficient selling our home in a down market in 2011. She really helped make what could have being a stressful process, smooth and easy. From home inspection, cleaning, to new painting and minor repairs, Christina had contacts with experienced and reliable professionals and held our hands in getting the house to optimal selling condition at a very reasonable cost. She also had the house professionally staged and photographed, and the house was presented to potential buyers so beautifully. The result is that our house really stood out in the neighborhood, and we got multiple offers at the first open house!
During the whole process, Christina always kept us well informed and responded to our calls and emails promptly. She knows her stuff and always took the time to explain any questions we have. Bought a Condo home in 2010 for approximately $675K in South, Pasadena, CA.
Christina helped us purchased a short sale home. She was patient and hands-on, in what proved to be a difficult sale. She had alot of knowledge of the local area and market. Christina was also very knowledgeable and helpful with the mortgage company, homeowner's association and title company, making the document completion process very smooth. Christina was very knowledgeable about the real estate business, and always remained positive and professional. I would not only recommend her to other people, but would use her again on any real estate purchases that I may have in the future.

Sold a Condo home in 2012 in Southwood Riviera, Torrance, CA.
Christina is a great agent to work with. She is very knowledgeable, professional and very organized. Christina gave me great advice on what I needed to do to prepare my property for sale. I hired cleaners to thoroughly clean my place and we decided to hire a staging company to help fill up some of my walls in my property. She also helped me decide on a listing price. Within 4 days of listing my property and holding an open house, we received 12 offers! Christina did a great job informing me, helping me sort through all the offers we received, and proposing counteroffers to prospective buyers . Christina was very helpful throughout the entire process. She always goes above and beyond to help.

Bought a home in 2012.
The initial listing price of the property was overpriced. Christina did a great job researching comparable past sales and getting information from the listing agent. She was able to suggest a fair price for us to make an offer with. Christina did a great job working with the listing agent to make sure repairs to the home were done. Christina is very knowledgeable, well prepared and communicates important information and dates. I have already recommended her to an aunt looking to buy a townhouse.

This is my first home purchase, my husband and I have been casually looking for properties in Irvine on and off for almost a year. We weren't in a hurry to buy something right away, so we took our time to find something that'll be perfect for us. Christina was very patient, and super accommodating with all our requests and schedules. Never once did she rush us into any decisions, and she offers her professional opinion as needed. It's been a very pleasant experience having her took us around to look at houses.
After we finally found something, she truly went above and beyond to make sure that the deal will close smoothly. Not only is she very responsive, but she is very proactive as well. She would contact all parties, and make sure that all paperwork are in place, before we know it. .
She has done more than what we expected as a Realtor. We highly recommended her to anyone, and we'll go back to her again if we ever need to buy/sell again. 5 Stars Realtor!

I contacted Christina months in advance through email before finally meeting her in person. She was friendly, informative, and very helpful despite my situation being in a foreign country trying to relocate in Southern CA. Upon arrival, she successfully helped my husband and I find a beautiful home.
Christina was the best agent we could ever have. She helped my husband and I find a house within a three week time frame which was asking a lot due to the low inventory. She promptly brought us to a variety of homes and we finally found one that met all our needs and wants. During the process, she was always honest and helpful and made sure to answer all our questions immediately. She is really caring and listens to all your questions and concerns to tailor to your specific needs.
The whole situation was quick, easy, and painless. Closing was fast and we just feel absolutely lucky to have had one of the great agents in the area.
