Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $375K in Hacienda Heights, CA.
We were looking for a investment opertiunty and Christina found this wonderful property in Hacienda Heights and negotitated a reasonable deal in just just couple of days. She walk us through all the documentation and paperwork and is extermaly knowledgeable about our perticular financial situation and respond to all our questions promptly. And after we close escrow and renoviated the house, she help use rented the house in less then a week.
I would hightly recommand Christina to anyone that have any realestate needs.

Bought a home in 2011.
Christina is a great agent and I'm very happy to work with her. I don't think I would've got my house if it wasn't for Christina's fast actions and quick response.
She is very organized and professional. She would do research and provide relevant information on the houses and neighborhoods that we looked at. She is honest and is quick to point out faults and trouble signs with houses as well as the good points. She is very aggressive and persistent working with the other agent. She never pressured us to buy.
Christina is also very knowledgeable of the buying process. We bought a short sale property and she let us know exactly what would happen and answer all the questions I had. I'm also very happy with the mortgage company, home inspector and insurance company that she recommended.
She wasn't just trying to find a house for us to buy, she really made sure we found the bought the right house, which we did. I'm recommending her to all my friends and co-workers that are or will be in the market to buy a place.

Bought a Condo home in 2010 for approximately $525K in Lower Peters Canyon, Irvine, CA.
Christina was recommended to me through my sister, she is very thoughtful and considerate on our demand. She is very knowledgeable and also gave us detailed advise about the neighborhood. She helped us finish wonderful deals in Irvine and Diamond Bar.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $825K in Brea, CA.
We are so glad that we had Christina as our agent when looking for buy our house. As the first time home buyers, we really needed someone who is there to guide us every step of the way. We have experience with a different agent before where we felt pressured to close a deal, and that made us felt really uncomfortable. With Christina it was completely different: she is truly genuine and you can trust that she will always put your interest first. She pays great attention to detail, addresses all our concerns throughout the process, and goes over all documents with us thoroughly. I very much appreciate the fact that she always returns our call or email within a few hours. She is also very organized and helped us stay on top of the timeline after we entered escrow, making it a smooth process.
Christina is extremely professional, persistent, knowledgeable, and responsive. With her help, we found our dream house after 8 months. One of the things that impressed us the most is that Christina is just as enthusiastic and patient with us 8 months into our housing search as she was on the first day. Bought a home in 2011.
To be honest, this is the first review that I have EVER written about anyone online but I feel it's important to let people know how absolutely amazing my wife and I feel about Christina and her abilities as a real estate broker.
Being first time investment home buyers, my wife and I were completely blown away by Christina's honesty, responsiveness, attentiveness, and knowledge of the process and market. We have worked with many brokers in the past, but have never come across any one individual who embodies all of the above characteristics the way Christina truly does. Although our search dragged on for over a year (at no fault of Christina's), never once did we feel rushed to close a deal. She eventually found the perfect property for our needs, was able to negotiate a very competitive price on our behalf (below market demand), and was even able to work out a creative solution where the current tenants would lease from us for a few months (to allow us extra time to find a replacement)!
If I haven't made it obvious enough in this review (you'll have to forgive me as this is my first time).....but I would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Christina for all your real estate needs! I have recommended Christina to my closest family and friends and my wife and I are proud to call her our agent....and new friend :)

Bought a home in 2010.
Christina is a wonderful agent and, more importantly, a good advocate who did not hesitate to go back to the other side and address in detail any of our concerns and questions. Add to that her knowledge of the process, her willingness to seek information and advice from other professionals/contacts in related fields, and a thoroughly pleasant attitude throughout, and she could not be more recommended.

Christina is the most patient agent I've been dealing with. Three agents I worked with before rushed me into buying a house (in just 2-3 visits) when the market was slipping. And most agents don't even bother to work with me on the price range that I'm looking for.
With Christina you won't see such a thing. Christina spent a lot of time finding properties for me and did very thorough research on the neighborhood for me to put an offer. I've spent more than half a year with her on finding a home in Irvine, flipping back and forth on the properties I put an offer for, and she has no complaint about it.
She is very knowledgeable in every process of buying a home and the most important thing is her honesty. She did good research on the property I'm buying, even the one I probably don't care about when making a decision but is good to know, like why the seller is selling the house, location, neighborhood, etc...
Also she tracked the escrow timeline well so I don't have to worry about skipping things (or getting blamed for not tracking timeline by myself) and she helped me get prepared ahead so everything went smooth.
Oh by the way, her office is way up in LA and I'm down in Irvine. Traffic is really bad on 5 but she's willing to work with me still.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $700K in University Park, Irvine, CA.
Christina was very professional in her dealings with me. She would always show up on-time, with printouts of information on the house and the area nearby. She never pressures me to sell, instead almost putting my well-being and satisfaction ahead of her own gains. I recommend her to anyone who wants an agent that they can trust and rely upon. Very satisfied customer.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $850K in North East, Pasadena, CA.
Christina helped me and my wife search for a home 2009-2010. Through it all, she remained helpful and encouraging. There was no question too trivial and no favor too small to ask and she helped us navigate the pitfalls of a very fluid housing market.
She remained patient with us even as we waffled back and for during a fluctuating housing market. We now consider her as more than just an agent or advocate, but also as a friend.

My home purchase involved the purchase/sale of two other homes so the timing was crucial and tight. After I had closed escrow and was signing my loan documents, the escrow officer made a comment praising Christina as one of the best agents she's worked with because Christina was always organized, responsive and easy to work with. I am very fortunate to have Christina as my agent to help me through the home-buying process. Christina is also well connected and has a network of different loan officers, insurance agents, painters, etc to pick from. I would definitely contact Christina again for my next purchase/sale and would strongly recommend her to friends & family.
