Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $775K in Piedmont Pines, Oakland, CA.Summary:
Chris was our savior! I highly, highly, (did I say highly) recommend Chris Cohn as an agent for home real-estate property in the east bay of the San Francisco area. We did not know Chris before we started working with her and we were pressed against a wall to find a place having just sold our home (but still living in it) with a limited time to move out. Chris hung in there till the stressful end through an extensive search of the east bay, my wife and I being new to this part of the Bay Area, and found us our dream home. Sold a home in 2011.Summary:
I have bought and sold 6 homes in two states over the past 40 years and Chris is the best real estate professional I have ever worked with. She is ethical, honest, responsive, knowledgeable, and knows who to call for reasonably priced repairs. She was my broker for 2 sales in Oakland and El Cerrito and succeeded in achieving the results I wanted. My Oakland home sold for a record price in 2002! My El Cerrito house sold in 2 weeks in 2011, despite the recession. She works well with other brokers and seeks their opinions to get the price right. Her marketing expertise is extensive. In both cases she saw what was unique and desirable about my properties, focused on those features, and attracted the right buyers to the open houses. Her background in psychology makes her both a masterful negotiator and enabled her to help me keep things in perspective during what can be an emotionally taxing process.
