Bought a Condo home in 2014 for approximately $575K in Brookline, MA.
My fiancee and I used Chris as a buyers agent for our recent condo purchase in Brookline, Mass. Knowing how competitive and quick the market can get, we wanted someone with local knowledge and an agent we felt would value our business. Chris was all this and more. He relentlessly scoured the MLS listings, used his local knowledge to help us appraise the true value of the wacky Brookline market, and since we were planning to renovate his architectural background was priceless in helping us use appropriate vision for all the properties.
Our initial property in Brookline ended up having the title fall through once our real estate lawyer did his searching and Chris remained a fierce advocate yet gentleman on our behalf and we got out without any losses and unscathed. He stayed positive but realistic through our search and even cautioned us when we were close to going above our means on a few properties. We ended up with a perfect property for us.
Chris is a fabulous agent but an even better person. We couldn't imagine having had a better agent on our side. We would recommend him in a heartbeat.
I have known Chris Dallas for a long time, going back pre-real estate. He has always been a person of great honesty and integrity (plus it is clear that he really knows his stuff) and so when my wife and I were getting ready to sell our condo in downtown Boston, going with Chris was a no-brainer.
We trusted Chris wholeheartedly and throughout the process he was professional and put our interests first. This was more than we expected, especially since I consider Chris Dallas my friend. He did not let our personal relationship get in the way of the sales process and was professional from start to finish. He took the time to explain the market and provided us with an in-depth market report which most importantly outlined the correct value range.
Chris not only met our expectations, but he surpassed them. His hard work and real estate experience led to an accurate assessment of our property and the current real estate market. Our home sold very quickly and for top dollar. I know this to be fact because a similar condo in our building that was priced higher sat on the market longer and in the end sold for less than ours.
We are thankful for his efforts and are lucky to have him in our corner for all our future real estate transactions. He is amazing!

Chris Dallas has been my real estate agent for many years, as I have used his services and expertise to both purchase and sell my homes. Chris will tell you that he prides himself on loyalty to his clients and putting their interests first – and he has backed this up from day one. Upon meeting with Chris, you can immediately tell that he truly loves real estate and helping his clients find the right home.
I have always trusted him to stay on top of the market and keep me apprised of anything that meets my criteria, but that is just the start of it. His experience and knowledge shined most when the real work begins – once you find “the one” and an offer is made. His negotiating skills and people skills helped me get the best deal possible, as he knew when to push it and what small things to let slide. It is an emotional journey, and his ability to communicate and keep me informed every step of the way, throughout the sales process made it as stress-free as it could be every time.
I would highly recommend Chris Dallas to anyone that is looking purchase a home. He has always been there for me, and I can confidently say that he will always be there for you as well.
Found a tenant for a Single Family home in Millbury, MA.
I have known Chris for years and have heard great things from some of the people he's worked with in the past. When I recently looked into starting a business in the Worcester area, and even though this wasn't his primary market, I contacted Chris and asked him for help and real estate advice. Chris immediately began to send me the latest real estate listings and helped me target a specific area / town that would give my business the exposure it needed to succeed.I really appreciated his help and guidance, all the while doing it knowing that he would not earn a commission. I highly recommend Chris to anyone that is looking to buy a home (or sell) in the Boston area. You will not find a more honest person that truly listens to his clients and puts their interest first.
Sold a home in 2010 in East Cambridge, Cambridge, MA 02141.
Chris Dallas is a professional in every sense of the word. He is meticulous with the sort of details that really matter with regards to presentation - from the listing to setting up the open house. He is also a great communicator, easy to reach, always returns calls promptly. After every open house, he sent an email outlining how things went as well as any buyers opinions. He did a great job selling a condo for us a few years ago and when we look to buy in the future, we'll be sure to look to Chris.
Bought a home in 2008 in College Hill, Providence, RI 02906.
Chris Dallas was a godsend when I moved to New England in 2008. I was coming from the Southeast, couldn't be in the area much, and he really took care of me like family.
Chris showed me a range of properties, gave insight about different areas, all of which I now know to be true a few years later. I ultimately ended up buying a fixer-upper, not always a realtor's favorite choice, but he was incredibly enthusiastic about it. His skills at evaluating the place were better than the official inspection! He even urged me to go for an extra parking space in my contract so that I could get a roommate which has been such a life-saver considering there is no overnight parking on the streets. His kindness in closing without my presence was the cherry on top!
Through the years, he's still kept in touch and his advice bore out as I sold my place at 50% higher than purchase price.
Chris will continue to be my realtor as long as I'm in the Northeast.
Sold a home in 2008 in Tribeca, Manhattan, New York, NY 10013.
Without Chris, I could not have sold my apartment on my own. He showed me the ropes, walked me through open house strategies, and even helped me when it was time to negotiate with buyers and their agents. He is very knowledgeable of the real estate markets and just an all around great person to work with.
Bought a Condo home in 2008 for approximately $175K in Wayland, Providence, RI.
I had a wonderful experience using Chris Dallas as my real estate agent in finding my dream condo on the east side of Providence. I had moved to Providence for work and had looked around initially using other agents who showed me some terrible condos in less than desireable locations (I am so happy I never bought any of those properties!). A year later I started working with Chris and had a totally different experience...he understood what I was looking for and he walked me through the entire negotiation process. He truly cared about every step of the way and went above and beyond my expectations. I ended up referring him to my sister who bought a condo in Newport and she described him as the best real estate agent she's ever worked with (and this was her 4th real estate transaction). In our Polish family, my mom would describe him as sprytny, which in English means quick, clever, lively, etc...a perfect adjective to describe Chris and his "on the ball" style work ethic. I would recommend Chris to anyone who wants an agent who genuinely cares about your experience and getting you the home of your dreams for the price you want.
Bought a home in 2013 in Brenton Village, Newport, RI 02840.
Chris was fantastic during my house buying process. He is extremely knowledgeable, hard working and helpful. When I found the townhouse I was looking for he understood the market very well and helped me negotiate a deal that was worked out extremely well. He looked to see which properties sold in the area and what the price was per square foot to compare prices. He also did a great job of explaining the contract. He also seems to know all the right connections (inspectors, lawyers, etc.) that I used and was very happy with them. The lawyer I used was extremely nice and patient as well since we didn’t close on time. Chris also drove to the real estate office where the real estate agent was located to hand deliver my offer. I bought a bank owned property that had multiple offers and he wanted to make sure the seller got my offer. I feel Chris went above and beyond to help me. I have worked with other real estate agents and I feel like Chris was patient through the whole process and very informative. I couldn't be happier and would be delighted to recommend him to friends and family.
Sold a home in 2011 in College Hill, Providence, RI 02906.
Chris has been a trusted real estate adviser for several years. He helped me buy and sell my first property and made the experience easy for a beginner to the real estate world. Chris is an extremely hard worker and fought for my best interests every step of the way. For example, he negotiated for an extra parking spot since overnight street parking was illegal in my neighborhood. In addition to his expertise with the real estate world, Chris' background in real estate development was a benefit when it came to identifying inspection issues and after the purchase, renovating the property. When it came time to sell, Chris made sure the property was priced in that "sweet spot" that got lots of attention but ensured I'd get a fair price for my condo. I can't imagine the process going any smoother for either transaction. I'd wholeheartedly recommend Chris to anyone in the Boston/Providence area.
