We decided to take advantage of the low mortgage rates. I shopped around with some of our local banks. Not only did it take them a couple of days to get back to me, but their rates were also very high for a jumbo loan. I found zillow.com on the Internet and I found the phone number for Christopher Jones. It was 7 p.m. when I called and left a message. I received a call back in 10 minutes. I told Chris my goal and our jumbo loan for our home. He e-mailed me an application and the list of all of the documents he needed. He worked with me throughout the whole process, and there were some days that he would call me 5 or 6 times. With Chris’s perseverance we were able to refinance our home at a 3.75% jumbo mortgage rate within 45 days. Chris made the impossible possible. I would recommend Chris Jones to my relatives, friends, and anyone who wants to buy a home or refinance their mortgage. Chris’s drive showed how much he cares about his clients and loves his job. I will definitely work with Chris again in the future.

I first found out about this gentleman through a Zillow review and decided to embark on this leap of faith. It was one of my best decisions ever. I filled out the Zillow contact form late at night and received a phone call from Chris first thing the following morning. Right off the bat he was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful. He asked all the right questions and within an hour of that conversation already had a pre-approval letter sent to me. He followed through every step of the way, explaining every detail of a very laborious process. Unlike our previous home buying experiences (pre market collapse) this was a very demanding, invasive and intrusive process. I joked with Chris at one point that I expected they would be asking for my parents' marriage licenses next. However, because of his skill, tact, and guidance even this process was tolerable. He was always available, communicated every step of the way with us and made sure everything went without a hitch.
Without any doubt I would use Chris again for any house financing needs I may have.

Chris was very responsive through the whole process. He was always available and helped make the process easy. Either by phone, Email, cell phone, Chris responded. I appreciated the alert he gave me when he saw rates moving up.

From my first phone conversation with Chris, I gathered he was very knowledgeable about his profession and genuinely seemed concerned for helping me and my family refinance our mortgage.
Whenever I had a question either by phone or email, Chris responded within a speedy manner, even when he was traveling out of town. I got many email responses well after 7pm, alerting me that he was working hard and putting forth long hours to answer my concerns.
Additionally, I have decided to use Chris's services to secure a loan for some upgrades to my home. Working with him on my refi secured my faith in him and I will continue to give him my business.

Chris just helped me with a refinance on my home in South Carolina. I looked at several potential brokers/lenders, but none were as straight forward as Chris. He worked with me to get the best rate and terms possible and his responsiveness was immediate I always knew where I was in the process, what was required and how we were progressing.
I have refinanced or financed several times over the past 6 years on a three or four properties and none of those went as smoothly as this one.

Chris was extremely helpful from the start. Being my first-time home buying experience, I went into the process not knowing a lot of what to expect. Chris not only walked me through and explained each and every part of the lending process, but was there to help me with any other questions I had about the entire home-buying experience. It was rather refreshing to have someone like Chris, with so much knowledge of the industry, as my lender. He made the entire journey through this exciting time much less intimidating and would recommend him to ANYONE entering into the home buying process.

Chris was so helpful in my refinance process, intially I was anxious with the whole process, however Chris help me to become more comfortable, he even reviewed the loan application with me page by page. He was readily available if I had any questions and sent emails along the process letting me know what was next. Chris and his team was awesome in making the refinance a success !

As I first Tim buyer, I did not know much about buying a home or applying for a mortgage. Adding to the challenge, I was living in Asia while looking for a home in the Chicago area. We just had the best experience with a Mortgage Lender we've ever had, and we've refinanced probably 5 or 6 times in the past 25 years. I would recommend Chris Jones with no reservations. We were refinancing my mother in law's house, and a different broker had tied us up for 6 months (!!) with NO success (!!) because there are Power of Attorney and Revocable Trust things happening.
Chris was able to line everything up in a matter of 3 or 4 weeks, and we've just closed. What excellent service and efficient processing. Thank you, Chris.

great job start to finish, efficient and accurate. Chris Jones and G-Rate team over delivered on all promises. we received approval and commitment letter a week ahead of schedule and closed 3 weeks sooner than planned was happy with low rate and best underwriting team documents preparation. They took care of every thing.
