Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Stanton, CA.

Summary:

We have a unique property, a house on 1/3 acre of land with equestrian zoning. Due to a divorce, I wanted to sell our house while my ex wanted to buy it att a much lower price. No one I contacted knew how to price our property because they could not find any comparables. Then I found Chris.

Chris was able to quickly locate 12 properties that were comparable to our property. I was just amazed. Chris gave me a selling price and what would be a fair settlement price. She did this for me knowing that if I settled there would be no commission for her. Chris is honest, professional, and a pleasure to deal with.

I now have all the information I need to decide on the next step.

Chris sold us our house in Anaheim Hills about 9 years ago and all I can say is WOW!!
