Bought a Townhouse home in 2011 for approximately $150K in Wilmington, DE.
Chris has been excellent to work with. When I had any questions whatsoever, Chris either called or wrote me an email within a few minutes. I even left my ipod and digital camera at the house after the home inspection. I noticed this an hour or so later and Chris had no problem stopping back by the house to retrieve my items.
