Cid was the Keller Williams San Francisco Properties Top Producer for 2002. She is a Realtor Member of both the San Francisco and San Mateo County Association of Realtors and she works very hard assisting her clients when buying or selling properties both in San Francisco and on the Peninsula. Cid is one of the organizers for the Seal Cove Neighborhood group in Moss Beach, San Mateo County, with aims to improve the neighborhood infrastructure and addressing road safety issues with County officials.
She is a member of the SAMCAR Coastside Legislative Committee, to address Property owners Rights issues with local government.
Cid also is an Ambassador for the Half Moon Bay Coastside Chamber of Commerce.
In 2003 Cid served in the position of President for the San Francisco Chapter of the Women's Council of Realtors and has held her license since 1994.
