We found Cindy to be very knowledgeable in selling our home and it sold right away, but what she did lack in was communication with us. We email her with questions and they often never were answered. We moved out of state and we were not at closing so knowing what time closing was and how we would be paid was not communicated by Cindy or her team. She was on vacation which we all take but she did not have anyone from her office keep us informed, Cindy did do her job, she sold our home and I guess that is the bottom line, and we gave her 4 stars except on responsiveness which I felt was lack of communication.
Appreciate the feedback: It was in the middle of the summer, I took my first vacation in 3 years and the communications were coming by email, which may have taken a day to contact. The person I had covering my business had a family emergency. I had no urgent phone calls of confusion. The title company sent the wrong closing statement and that was immediately corrected. This was also the first home sale this client had participated in as they had resided in this home for over 20 years. I tried to explain everything in detail from the time we got the acceptance on the offer. We sold the house within the first 2 weeks of listing and they got what they were asking. Provided a free drone video of their property and HD film for a home in $100,000 price range.
