    Listed, but didn't sell my Vacant Land home in 2011 in Glen Arbor, MI.
    We used Cindy Anderson to sell Grama's house. She was in a Nursing Home and we needed to sell her home to pay for her care. Cindy was very helpful in many areas, taking pictures, having many showings. We are very pleased to have found Cindy Anderson. When our house sold Cindy even helped us pack up the house.     Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Interlochen, MI.
    We just moved to the Traverse City area and bought a lovely home with Cindy's help. She was expecially accomidating since I placed my bid sight unseen (or seen off sight). She went out and video'd the whole house so I could get a better feel for it! How great was that! Besides being a great agent, she's a great person with a wonderful personality.     Bought a home in 2010.
    Cindy was great from the first moment I spoke to her on the phone. I remember getting a call from her while I was living in Los Angeles looking to move to Northern Michigan. She spent 45 minutes of her time telling me about the area and everything that was going on, while other realtors wouldn't give me the time of day. When I flew to visit and look at homes, Cindy made the experience wonderful. It was so exciting to go around town with her to look for new places to live. Once we found "the one", she negotiated to perfection and was able to get us the home we wanted at a price we could afford.
