We used Cindy Anderson to sell Grama's house. She was in a Nursing Home and we needed to sell her home to pay for her care. Cindy was very helpful in many areas, taking pictures, having many showings. We are very pleased to have found Cindy Anderson. When our house sold Cindy even helped us pack up the house. How great is that. She is a consumate professional.

Cindy was great from the first moment I spoke to her on the phone. I remember getting a call from her while I was living in Los Angeles looking to move to Northern Michigan. She spent 45 minutes of her time telling me about the area and everything that was going on, while other realtors wouldn't give me the time of day. When I flew to visit and look at homes, Cindy made the experience wonderful. It was so exciting to go around town with her to look for new places to live. Once we found "the one", she negotiated to perfection and was able to get us the home we wanted at a price we could afford. And somehow she made the whole home-buying process extremely smooth and easy. I'd say go with Cindy if you want the best home-buying experience possible.

She knows her business and loves doing it. It was a Joy working with her in the negotiation and sale of our property and the acquisition of our new home.
