Cindy was our angel! We needed to sell our house quickly because I was pregnant and we didn't have enough bedrooms for our family. Cindy went above and beyond weekly for us...meeting with us all the time, working with us for last minute showings, even came over and picked up the house when I was out of town for a work conference. When we were having trouble with our brooker during the closing of our new home, Cindy worked all weekend long with the lender to ensure that we would close that week. If it wasn't for her diligence, we would have had to wait another week before closing. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. She gives you the personal attention you need during this stressful time!

Sold a home in 2014 in Paxtang Manor, Rutherford, PA 17111.

Cindy and her team were complete professionals. We listed our home in August 2014 and it was under contract by the end of September. She is plugged in to the local market and knows what it will take to get your home sold quickly. If you would to sell your home for the right price and in a timely manner, we highly recommend talking with Cindy.

Bought a home in 2014 in Halifax, Rush Township, PA 17032.

I purchased my home in 2014 using Cindy as my agent. The home, plus getting me approved for a loan came with some obstacles that could of ruined the deal, but with Cindy's knowledge and persistence we were able to get me a loan and the house I wanted! I wouldn't use anyone else for a real estate transaction other than Cindy.

Sold a home in 2013 in Manadahill, Colonial Park, PA 17112.

I used Cindy for the sale of my home in 2013. She was very professional and made sure everything ran smoothly for me. I was kept informed of showings, feedback and updates. I would use her again as my agent in a heartbeat and I highly recommend her to friends and family.

Sold a home in 2014 in Lenkerville, Upper Paxton, PA 17061.

Cindy has listed my home recently and had it under contract in less than 2 weeks on the market. She has also helped me purchase my very first house back in 2005. She was very helpful during that process as a 1st time homebuyer, I was clueless. We used her again in 2010 to purchase our 2nd home. She was very instrumental in that purchase by her persistance to negotiate on our behalf to purchase a Bank owned property. She went out of her way very early in the morning to get our contract signed and over to the Listing agent for acceptance. With strong solid advice to offer our highest and best offer in this purchase was right on the money. We were able to purchase our dream home over other offers on the table because of her. I have recommended Cindy to all my friends and family.

Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2013 in Marysville, PA.

We selected Cindy as our listing agent from a referral. She marketed the property well and we were under contract within 60 days of listing our home. However, during the negotiations, Cindy insisted that we make concessions to the buyers. She asked that we accept seller help and give them my riding lawn mower, snow blower, washing machine and other household items as well. We insisted on staying the course and would not give in to her demands and we were under contract for the full list price with no concessions. The buyers attempted to finance the home using a VA loan with 100% financing. The home appraised $23,000 below the contract sales price and the deal fell apart because we could not sell our home for that price and build our next home. Cindy did check the financial eligibility of buyers before allowing them to view our home and did not warn us of the pitfalls of VA loans and 100% financing. Throughout the process Cindy was unresponsive to our phone calls and emails. We sometimes heard back from Courtney Jones, her assistant, several days after contacting her if we heard anything at all. She was unprofessional in her approach and condescending toward us. She did not attempt to negotiate on our behalf and wanted us to give concessions to the buyers. She showed us other properties on the market that were not even comparable to our home to pressure us into giving into concessions. We also learned the hard way that a "broker-owner" does not have the time to be a good agent.

Unfortunately despite all our efforts there are times that situations arise and properties do not sell. There was a lot more to this and I remain confident that my Team and I did absolutely everything we could to try to explain everything to the Sellers. We had numerous meetings and conversations in an effort to help them understand the situation and work diligently on solutions to help get their property sold. I later learned that the home was relisted and sold and had yet another appraisal cut. The lack of settlement on our deal had nothing to do with VA. VA is a tremendous program for our Veterans and I am happy to work with the program and encourage Sellers to do so as well.
