    Bought a Mobile / Manufactured home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Sun Valley, NV.
    There is NO BETTER real estate agent in the world. So is the opinion of myself and my Fiance. Cindy MADE our HUD short sale happen by giving it 500%, going the extra mile, putting up with the worst garbage from our lenders, and being a pleasure to deal with every day of the 75 days it took to get it done. She was realistic, often blunt, but always cheerful and supportive. She was happy to let us view the property from the first time and everytime we asked.
