Sold a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $400K in Los Gatos, CA.
I needed to refresh our sweet little "vintage" condo, but did not want to spend a lot of money on cosmetic upgrades or staging. Craig was instantly on the same "budget" page as I was, with strategic suggestions and great ideas that had not even occurred to me. Once we decided to list we were ready to SELL -- through his excellent resources and contacts Craig enabled us to accomplish the property inspection, termite inspection, whole house cleaning, carpet cleaning, and many other small tasks in less than a week. Bought a home in 2012.
Craig helped me find a nice townhouse in Sunnyvale in July this year. He is very knowledgable on local real estate market and is very pleasant to be with. I had a few experience with other agents. They all seemed pushy, which made me uncomfortable. However, I've never felt being pushed by Craig on making buying decisions. I really like his comprehensive comp sale analysis. Very helpful on setting up the right price.

Craigs knowledge of the area and quick understanding of our needs was key. He was incredibly organized, responsive and great at the negotiation. We found our home quickly and the process was painless. We would highly recommend him.
