Carl Jervis is the consummate professional real estate agent who has his "finger on the pulse" and really "knows" the properties available for sale on Pine Island and Matlacha. In many instances, he let us know about properties for sale even before they were listed on multiple. He was always available and without having any underlying agenda, he listened closely to determine our needs, analyzed our financial means, understood our concerns and upon finding the perfect property, he used his expert negotiating skills to "seal the deal". Had it not been for his professionalism, expert negotiation skills and very strong personal desire to satisfy our needs, I am certain we would not have been able to purchase this property. Carl succeeded when many other real estate agents on Pine Island failed to recognize our needs during our two year search.
