My fiance and I have purchased our first home with Charley as our Realtor. He educated us during the whole process since it was our first time and we knew very minimal. We were very picky especially for our budget. Charley showed us a ton of places happily. He did a ton of extra work for us that he didnt have to do because we had very busy schedules. During the entire process he answered our questions late at night or early in the morning. I would often say I cant beleive this guy I felt like we were his whole life during the 6 month search. We were constantly in contact with him and he was NEVER too busy for us. Meanwhile he had several other deals going on at the same time. Im very confident that if we didnt have him as our realtor the process would have been very delayed or never completed at all because he had to do everyone elses job to keep the closing on track.
