Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $750K in Midtown, Memphis, TN.
Lauren is FANTASTIC. We had a baby on the way, so I was feeling rushed to get us into a new home. Lauren kept me calm and focused (no easy task) and made it her priority to get us the best home possible. Despite handling (I am sure) several clients at once, she always takes the time to respond to phone calls/texts/e-mails immediately and to explain everything throughly. She takes the time to research your potential purchase and discuss all negotiating strategies. In short, she makes you feel like you are her only client and top priority. Furthermore, she has a seemingly endless list of resources from movers to lawn maintenance to handy men (everyone I have used that she has recommended has been outstanding). The icing on the cake is that she is a warm, funny, caring person who I am now glad to call a friend.

Lauren was as good as it gets in the real estate profession..She really gets involved with the individual that she represents..She knew all of my kids and always asked how they were doing and what they were up to..Great people skills,and always was thinking about my needs and how much i loved the house she was selling for me.Lauren was always prompt in answering any questions I had and she is very punctual..If I ever needed anything she was always willing to help..She is an A person and realtor.I would highly reccommend Lauren to anyone that is thinking about listing their home.

Property manage a Single Family home in Midtown, Memphis, TN.
After struggling through a long line of different contractors, my wife and I were completely blown away by C. Lauren. She was extremely proactive, responsive, professional, resourceful and a real joy to work with. She is also incredibly caring, which was critical in our difficult situation. Her goal was clearly to help us, not to make a quick buck. This was demonstrated by referring to a property management company to rent our 3 properties instead of selling, even after investing a great deal of time and energy. We definitely recommend her with highest confidence and without hesitation.

Bought a home in 2013.
The first time I spoke with C. Lauren was when I called regarding the sale of her personal home. We were not sure we were ready to buy yet, but in the beginning stages of looking and learning on our own. We did not meet C. Lauren at this time, but took her advice and contacted a loan officer she recommended. That was last summer. We stayed in-touch with CL and when the time was right in January we called CL and met with her and went over what we were looking for in a house. CL took the time to also get to know Gail and myself. We all became fast friends.
It only took one weekend of looking with CL to find our dream home. Her negotiating skills are second to none. She was able to get our builder to include some unexpected extras. CL made sure everything was perfect before closing.
The day we moved into our new home, CL was so thoughtful she even brought us a really wonderful dinner that evening.
There are a lot of fine agents out there, but CL goes way beyond your expectations. I give her my highest praise and thanks as well as my recommendation to all who are looking for a superstar agent.

We found C. Lauren by accident. We were actually looking on our own, not yet ready to look for a home seriously, when we happened upon C. Lauren's own home.
Once we were ready, we remembered how helpful she had been. She absolutely makes you feel as if you are her only client. She is so knowledgeable and has great character!!
I will absolutely recommend her to anyone....buying or selling! Her contacts and knowledge is priceless! Most importantly her character is beyond reproach!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $150K in River Oaks-Kirby-Balmoral, Memphis, TN.
C. Lauren was awesome. She understood our needs and worked tirelessy to help us find the right house and negotiate for it. Her attention to detail is so necessary when buying a home, from searching, negotiating, dealing with the bankers, closing, etc...You cannot go wrong with Lauren as your real estate agent.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $325K in Collierville, TN.
I found C. Lauren through reading reviews on Zillow, so it's only fair that I post my own. In a nutshell, calling her when we knew it was time for us to buy a new home was the best thing I ever did. There are many things I could say about her, but I will try to be concise. Though I knew she definitely had other clients at the time, Lauren's immediate attention to our needs made us feel like we were the only ones. She would return my sometimes late-night texts right away, meet us at a moment's notice to look at a house or sign a paper, etc.
I was impressed with how she really knew what she was talking about as far as what features will increase/decrease home value and improvements that could be made to a potential home. There were SO many things she pointed out to us that I would never have thought of on my own. Honestly, it was a relief to feel like we were in such knowledgeable and capable hands. The home buying process can be stressful at times, and having Lauren as our agent gave me so much peace of mind. I KNEW she was on top of things and I KNEW she was always working in our best interests.
Once we bought and moved into our new home, Lauren continued to be an incredible resource for just about everything. Need a handy man? Painter? Landscaper? Locksmith? She has TONS of great contacts.
Aside from her professional skill, she's very quirky and funny and we enjoyed spending time with her as we hunted for our home. We laughed a lot. :)
In the end, our experience with C. Lauren was 100% positive and I would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone buying or selling their home in the Memphis area. In fact, I already did! I put one of my best friends in touch with her when she and her husband decided to sell their house and Lauren had their house sold in 5 days. And they found their dream house just a few days after that! You cannot go wrong using C. Lauren as your agent. Just call her! :)

Lauren is hard-working, fun, and truly cares about her clients. We have sold a home, bought a new home, and sold a rental property with Lauren. She took great care of us, always kept us informed, walked us through every step of the process, and had great recommendations for repair work and financing as well. She is awesome!

Lauren is a professional's professional. In our opinion is she is what every young and experienced Realtor should wish to become.
Her knowledge of the market and process is tops. Her personalized service and care for each of her clients is over-the-top!
Working with her is truly a WOW experience.If you are serious about selling your existing home you need to seriously consider working with Lauren.

Lauren is a true professional. Attention to detail,integrity and not to mention funny are just a few of her qualities. There was an inspection and a roof repair done by a company unfamiliar to Lauren. We requested a roof clearance letter from Lauren's repair person. He found that the repair was done in appropriately and took pictures. Lauren then sent those pictures to the sellers realtor and demanded the repairs be done right. That is what I call, "looking out for your client" She is also very passionate and energetic. Very fun to be around. I will always use Lauren and recommend her highly to anyone who wants results
