Bought a home in 2011.
Mrs. Carrington had a list of locations that fit into our budget, size of lot and area to which we were looking. Since we were flying in for a couple of days this made the trip very productive. We visited all of the areas plus some others that were not on her list. Her website was also helpful and had more information than than the others as far as the property information, maps and pictures.
She also helpful in keeping us up to speed on the process since we were first timers.
When we get ready to purchase our next piece of property we are sure to use her again. Thank you for your hard work we appreciate it.

Bought a home in 2011.
What a blessing it was that Claudia was in our corner! Buying a property usually come with a lot of hurdles. Our purchase of land in St. Croix was no different. Through every phase in the complicated process, Claudia was able to pick up the phone and resolve all obstacles on our behalf. Thanks to her professionalism, diligence and commitment to her clients, we now own our piece of paradise on St. Croix. We are now building our dream home on “cloud 9”!

Bought a home in 2009.
My experience working with Claudia was wonderful. Trying to find your own piece of Paradise while vacationing on St. Croix can be difficult however Claudia made it so easy. She uderstood exactly what I was looking for and stayed within my budget. What could be better than staying at Carrington's Inn while real estate hunting with Claudia; talk about individualized attention. She helped me through the entire process and I couln't be happier.
