Corey Moser was impressive from start to finish in our refinance. Though we are mostly informed consumers, we also had a lot of questions regarding the market, the process, and results--Corey was kind and patient with our questions and concerns. In the end we received an excellent rate with impressive terms. Though part of Corey's job is to connect consumers with lenders, we always felt like he had our best interests at heart. Corey Moser (aka Aspen Hills Mortgage) is in a class by himself. He fulfilled or exceeded expectations in every aspect. Whenever I had a question during the process he responded promptly and informatively. His website makes the process easier as well. If you are doing a mortgage or refi, be sure to check with Aspen Hills and Corey Moser. You will be glad you did.

Corey was extremely knowledgeable in all areas of loans, it seems. He also has a way of explaining things in a way that is easy to understand. He is a very hard worker and was always quick to respond and always did what he said he would do and when he said he would do it. I've used other mortgage people in the past and I would sometimes have to wait on them for days to do what they said they would do. Not Corey! He was quick and timely and then he was usually waiting on me to get what I needed done :) Corey makes the expereince as smooth as he possibly can on his end and really does everything in his power to get the loan done.

I'm known for comparing prices and always finding a great deal, but I hit the jackpot with Corey. His rates and fees were by far the lowest and his customer service was phenomenal! Even though we had some issues with our appraisal and subordination, he worked through it until we were satisfied. Even the escrow officer at the title company said that of all the lenders he deals with, Corey would be the first he would recommend. We had a great experience!

Corey was recommended to me by a friend who had used him to refinance his house. My friend had been referred to Corey by another one of his friends. To me, that says a lot. I used Corey to refinance my house twice in about the last four years. Both times, he has been a joy to work with. He is very responsive and the entire process has gone very smoothly both times. If you're looking for a mortgage or to refinance, I strongly recommend Corey. His rates and fees are great and you can't beat how quickly and efficiently he handles everything.
