Corey was very professional in his manner. He also was willing to take the time to answer questions promptly by phone and email. When I had an issue that required special attention from a strict funder, he was able to get a waiver. There were no surprises at any stages of the process. His quotes held and the fees were the lowest. Gotta love a 15 year fixed at 4.25.

Corey at Aspen Hills Mortgage was my first choice for a home loan. His loan rate and fees were the lowest I found online and by phone, without any 'hidden' fees associated with quotes with slightly lower rates. He is a pleasure to work with, responsive, and willing to work on the loan into the wee hours of the morning of a holiday. I would recommend him to anyone.

Working with Corey was as pain free as could ever be expected. With the exception of calling him with my credit card information for the appraisal, all communication was done via e-mail and/or fax. Corey offered great advice on when to lock in my rate and went out of his way to continually update me on the markets. Corey also offers several interest rate options depending on the closing costs you would like to pay. I would not hesitate to recommend Corey to anyone and will definitely be looking to him the next time I refinance or buy a house. The entire process (from appliation to closing) only took 2 weeks.
