Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Avon, IN.
We were extremely impressed with Tiffany as she guided us through both the selling and buying process. She listened to our concerns and desires, offering sound advise but making sure we were 100% comfortable before going forward. She was very steady and professional regardless of how many curveballs we threw her. We were able to sell and purchase within a 3 week period! Incredible! We couldn't be more thrilled or impressed by our Tiffany Hills experience!

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Indianapolis, IN.
Tiffany is simply wonderful! She responded to all our questions same day and helped us purchase our new home, even though we were unsure of what we wanted, what we could afford, etc. She helped us make a good decision about what we wanted and what to pay for it! We are now in our first home and it is all thanks to Tiffany because we thought it was not possible, but she made sure we got exactly what we wanted for a price that we wanted! If we ever move again we will call Tiffany to help us! Call we today because you will not regret it! We read her reviews on Zillow and called her; which was a great decision!

My husband and I were first-time home buyers, and we heard about Tiffany through a friend. Working with her has been such a joy and if we ever look for real estate again, we will definitely give her a call. She got us in touch with a great lender and she is an excellent negotiator. She was patient in regards to educating us about the process and responded quickly to all calls and emails. After we closed and moved in, she even sent us a small gift in the mail, welcoming us into our new home. We're so excited to be homeowners and delighted that we were able to work with such an amazing agent!

Tiffany was a pleasure to work with and very helpful! She not only assisted with the housing market but was very sensitive to our needs and concerns involving education and recreation. We began our process with Tiffany from another state and she was extremely prompt in sending listing information tailored to our specific needs. Tiffany greeted us with such a bright smile and wonderful spirit! Within the first few minutes of our meeting with her, I felt as though Tiffany was apart of the family!
Even after closing, Tiffany remains accessible and helpful! She helped me find a great hair stylist just today! Now that's customer service! :)

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Pittsboro, IN.
I had recently gone thru a divorce and had spent the past year living in an apartment with my 2 small boys. I wanted a house but did not know if I would even qualify or where to start. Tiffany was very helpful in helping me know what I should and could look at and even with recommending a great Lender to work with. This experience, although stressful at times, has been great and I am very thankful for Tiffany and all her help. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family.

I have worked with Tiffany Hill a number of times and have always found her to be professional and frankly, the best realtor with whom I have worked.
My homes are in different states and she is my eyes and ears in those areas.
I have come to rely on her judgement and creativity to make things happen and protect my investment.

Tiffany Hill helped on a deal which most agents would have given up on. She hang in there even when the demands from the bank became more and more outrageous. Her communication skills are excellent. She is the main reason why we ended up getting our house. Thanks Tiffany.
