I am also having this problem. I just entered a new listing and it isn't showing up in my listings and when I finished my posting it showed someone else's contact info and pic and said that they were the buyers agent for this property...what gives? how do I get me listing back?Thanks Connie

I added a listing tonight and it doesn't show up as mine...what gives? Someone else is listed as the "buyers agent" and his info is on my listing. Meanwhile it shows that I only have one listing and should be 2. the listing I added was 312 San Antonio Rd., Arcadia CA 91007

No I am referring to my new listing at 312 San Antonio Rd., Arcadia CA 91007I received an email from Zillow stating that another agent had "claimed" my listing as his and they took my ad, pic, info. off. I was requested to fax a copy of my listing agreement. I did this today and have yet to see any response from Zillow. So what is the deal? Please Advise - ASAP as I am trying to market my properties in a professional manner. For your info. Jerry Baker is my partner and his name does appear along side of mine on the listing agreement.

Copies are again being faxed at this moment they are going through fax machine as I am writing this reply to you. I'm also including the fax confirmation from yesterday showing that it was sent and received. Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this troubling matter!

I work very hard to get my listings and I try to market them to the best of my ability, but it is very upsetting when I have completed the "add a listing" process only to find that some other agent is listed on my "brand new listing" as the "agent" and has been for the 2 days since I entered it on the MLS, and all of his information is on my listing, he is getting all of the benefits of my hard work! In addition, I was given an email that requested proof that this was my listing to be faxed to Zillow. I did that yesterday (Thursday) and received an email saying they had not received it. I re-faxed the information and copy of the listing agreement several hours ago and have not seen that any correction has been made, meanwhile my first open house is approching this Sunday and I have had several "hits" on MY LISTING" page tahta are being wasteed. Why have I not been able to get a reply? I faxed tjhe required info twice and sent the fax received confirmation the last time. Still no response, I'm upset and frustrated!

Thanks for letting me know that I can post my listing, but I would still like to know how he is able to claim my listing in the beginning? This is the 2nd time this has happened to me with the same agent. Isn't that a violation of your policy. I mean he just outright lied and made false representations, are there any penalties for him to stop him from doing this over and over again?

I hae a new listing and the owner previously has made it a "make me move home"  how do we change this to show me as the listing agent?

One of my listings has disappeared.  The address is 2427 Fairgreen, Monrovia CA 91016.  Please tell me how to get it back.  Additionally, on a different lisitng, about 10 days ago I asked how do I change it from "owner claimed" to listing agent? The address for that property is 3610 Shadow Grove, Pasadena  CA  91107. please advise.
