Sold a home in 2012.
I have utilized the professional services of the Real Estate Agent team of Connie Snider and Jerry Baker to assist me in both buying and selling property. They sold my home for me in Los Angeles County in 2008, successfully accomplishing to do so, when selling property was practically impossible in which, at that point in time, was a very sticky market to say the least. I purchased a brand new condominium, again in Los Angeles County, in 2012, and once more they represented and assisted me in getting the most favorable transaction possible and ensured a smooth, stress free experience in buying my new home. Their professional abilities and expertise are second to none and so earn my respect and total vote of confidence for all of my Real Estate transactions. I could not recommend them more highly.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $500K in Monrovia, CA.
Connie Snider and Jerry Baker are fabulous real estate agents. We were able to sell our small home and upgrade to a bigger home in a nicer neighborhood in Monrovia within four months start to finish. They know the area like the back of their hands and helped us find all the key things we were looking for. As agents, they balance each other out really well, and if one is not available the other usually is. The closing dates where orchestrated within a week of each other and we are super happy with our new house!

Connie is the greatest. She is there for you every step of the way when you are selling your house. I found her advice to be spot on. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to sell their house, without any hesitation.

Bought a home in 2013.
Connie and Jerry were great to work with. Being a first time home buyer is a bit scary however, Connie/Jerry were very patient and willing to answer all questions. They made me feel so comfortable during our visits, searching, negotiating closing etc... They really get to know your needs such as likes and dislikes to help you find the perfect home. I definitely recommend them!!!

Sold a Condo home in 2012 in West Covina, CA.
Connie and Jerry helped me sell my home in West Covina last year. After finding several realtors on Zillow and interviewing a couple- Connie and Jerry's easy rapport, knowledge of the area, realistic advice, and professionalism made them an easy number 1 choice! The thing I liked most about them was that they are experts in the field, yet flexible and took my opinion and concerns into consideration at all times. I signed my listing contract with them on March 26th and after a couple open houses, several buyers were interested in the home and I started escrow on April 15th and closed escrow on April 25th! The entire process took just under one month! (Which was a huge plus since I had just gotten engaged and was looking into buying another home down in Orange County). Needless to say, the process was seamless and easy and as a first time home-seller- I was beyond pleased and would highly recommend them to buyers and sellers alike!

Both Connie and Jerry are absolutely excellent realtors who have helped us with a number of transactions.
Their network of professionals was indispensible during our recnet refinance.
We simply never have to interview other realtors as we've found two of the best out there!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $350K in Altadena, CA.
Thanks to Connie Snider and Jerry Baker my husband and I bought our first house! We can't be more happy and excited. Given that we have a baby on the way and needed to find a bigger house asap, Connie and Jerry went to work at finding us a house that is within our budget and location preference. They are extremely knowledgeable and we felt supported every step of the way. Our questions were answered in a timely manner and never once did we feel left in the dark about our search for a house.
When we finally got an accepted offer, Connie and Jerry worked diligently with the sellers, escrow, and ourselves to make the process go by smoothly. Even when we had a hiccup in the escrow process (due to the IRS, not anyone else involved), Connie and Jerry were our best advocates in negotiating with the sellers.

I couldnt wish for more! Connie and Jerry are a dream team of realty professionals. Not only did they help us find our home, but they were with us EVERY step of the way, from small details, to major decisions, they were amazing at walking us through every single aspect of the process. Being first time home buyers, we were skeptical and shopped around a bit before deciding to work with Connie and Jerry. We couldnt have been more pleased.
