Hi, I am Connie Gliott-Gross and have been in the real estate industry for the past 24 years in Northern Colorado. My career started as an on-site sales representative for custom builders in the Loveland area. I have received the Home Builders Association platinum award 10+ times after marketing four high end developments and closing over fifty homes a year, I moved on to working with individuals in all areas of real estate including first time buyers, resale listings, vacant land, and patio homes, and have just received the Re/Max Top producer award for 2014, and I received the Remax platinum award for 2013.
Real estate has enabled me to enjoy my family over the years, and watch my daughter grow up and graduate from one of Loveland's great high schools, and have flexible enough hours to take care of my 12 year old son who was born with down syndrome, is a cancer survivor, and still fighting for his life each and every day from multiple medical issues.
The industry has surrounded me with amazing people that have supported me and my family throughout the years, and I am proud to be part of such a wonderful community. For instance, the community supported me when I ran a marathon and raised money for the leukemia society, The Loveland Berthoud board of Realtors named my son recipient of the yearly Bowl-A-Thon, and that is why my career means more to me than just buying and selling houses. It's helping people create a life they want to live. It's seeing the excitement of a family building their first home and picking out the paint colors, it's finding a neighborhood that their children can play safe in. That's what I love about real estate, people helping people.
