We Make Real Estate As Easy As 1-2-3.Cordell Realty is a full-service real estate company specializing in properties south of Highway 501 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina down into Georgetown, South Carolina. I started Cordell Realty after over 19 years in the real estate industry because I felt there was a need for a local real estate company that focused solely on one area of the Grand Strand so that expert assistance, advice and knowledge could be given to every customer looking in that specific area. Instead of being everything to everybody and doing a bad job of taking care of my customers, I chose to start Cordell Realty as a specialized firm where I can focus on buyers in the South Strand.
Because of this decision, Cordell Realty specializes in the South Strand areas of Surfside Beach, Garden City, Murrells Inlet, Litchfield, Pawley's Island and Georgetown. We know the beaches, the history, the neighborhoods (and the neighbors) in these areas - and take pride in helping our customers to answer any possible questions they may have that will help them to make a good home buying decision.
The entire South Strand is beautiful, but each community is different. Each community has something unique to offer its residents.
