Dear Nikki,We were wondering what your expectations are of the house. We have lived here nearly 20 year and have 2 boys. The house as is, we put at 700,000. Over the next year and a half we planned to paint, replace carpet redo the main floor hard wood floors and deep clean etc. also we planned on redoing the concete driveway and fixing up the backyart. When we do all this we will price the house accordingly. If you are interested in this house as is we can talk more about what you want.Thanks Nikki,CorindaAlso I didn't tell you that we have new main floor windows. Did you by any chance drive by?

Nikki,We have 3 bedrooms in the basement, a den with bathroom on main floor ( we used it as a bedroom when we first moved here) and we have a master beddroom upstairs with a room right off the masterbedroom. This can be an exercise room but we use it for my boys bedroom. The plumbing and electrical I believe was updated 19years ago when we moved in and then some of the electrical was updated in 1996. This layout is difficult if you want three bedrooms on the same floor. That layout is hard to find in this area. Let me know if you have any other questions.Thanks for your interest.Corinda

Hi Nikki,I don't have recent photos but will get some. We have a new roof, new furnace (2006) . We have a bathroom on each floor. This is a bungalow style home. We have a bathroom in the basement with 3 bedrooms, a kitchen and a rec room. Where do you live? We also do not plan to work with an agent.Thanks,Corinda
