Residential vacant land - what kind of people (demographic group) usually buy this?
I'm trying to find the target market for vacant land zoned residential.  Are these future homeowners or builders buying single lots?  Are the homeowners families or retirees?  Do they build a home or put a manufactured house on the site?

Want more info on 598 Layport Dr Sebastian FL 32958. House is sitting empty. Who currently owns?

Answer
google for the city or county Property Appraiser's office.  you will be able to search by property address.  they will list the property owner and an additional separate mailing address.  i would presume sending a letter to an "empty" house would be forwarded by the mail service.for example, Sebastian, FL is in Indian River County.  http://www.ircpa.org/Search.aspx

Is this area all retirees??? If so what age group??Are all the homes in good shape

Answer
you should definitely walk thru the neighborhood for the best answer.for demographics, zipskinny.com will give info by zipcode.  Ft Myers Shores is in 33905.according to Lee Co Property Appraisal, many homes in Ft Myers Shores were built around 1972.  Google photos show typical Florida homes with stucco over block construction, minimal insulation, single pane aluminum windows, tile/carpet or possibly terrazzo floors.

I'm looking for an architect in Huntsville, AL to design a remodel/add on.

Answer
contact your local AIA for architects.  also, drive thru a few neighborhoods with similar additions, and stop and ask who designed them.  contractors will also know who designs additions in your area.  kitchen/bath design centers will refer you to architects, too.AIA North Alabama301 Jefferson Street N.Huntsville, AL 35801Phone: (256) 533-6617
